    Instacure #1 (Prague Powder) is used to cure meats that require cooking, brining, smoking or canning. It is dyed pink for identification purposes. Proper use is the responsibility of the user. Instacure #1 is used at the rate of 4oz to 100lbs of meat or 24lbs/100 gal. brine for 10% pump. Don't combine with other ingredients until ready to use. Follow all label directions. Must be used in conformance with FDA/USDA regulations. Keep away from children. Ingredients: Salt, sodium nitrite (6.25%), propylene glycol and sodium bicarbonate added as processing aids. With FD&C Red #3 used to color cure in accordance with Mpi 656 Bulletin 4-1-74.
